Cameron Hanes blew up because his schedule is insane, and people are like 'What? How?' It's possible, and Cameron Hanes proves that. Hanes runs on average a marathon or 26.2 miles per day while working a 9-5 job, being a professional bow hunter, writing a book, working on a podcast, and flying to interviews. He started at the bottom, worked his way up, and doing it for 20+ years has made this schedule automatic. Discipline, consistency, and scheduling your time are some of the lessons I got from this book. In this episode, I review this book, discuss what I like and disliked about the book, and any lessons I received from the book.
